At Milkhouse Candle Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with our clean-burning soy and beeswax candles. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns on unused and unlit products within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unlit candles in their original glassware and packaging to ensure they are protected from breakage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our Iowa-based production facility.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
