How long will my Milkhouse candle burn?
Burn times vary by size, but our standard 16oz butter jars typically offer 65-85 hours of fragrance, while our smaller 5oz jars provide approximately 35 hours of burn time.
How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, always allow the wax pool to reach the edge of the glass during the first lighting. We also recommend trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before every use.
What is your shipping policy?
We process most orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, and we offer free shipping on orders over a certain threshold within the contiguous US.
